Los Bravos Restaurant Services Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Los Bravos! By accessing our restaurants, using our website, ordering our food, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Los Bravos and all its locations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Los Bravos provides authentic Mexican dining experiences through our multiple locations and services:

Dine-in restaurant services at all Los Bravos locations
Takeout and delivery services
Catering services for events and parties
Online ordering through our website and third-party platforms
Gift cards and promotional offers
Special events and private dining arrangements

Ordering and Payment Terms

When placing orders with Los Bravos, the following terms apply:

All orders are subject to availability and restaurant hours
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment is required at the time of order placement
We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods
Delivery fees and taxes will be added where applicable
Special dietary requests cannot be guaranteed due to kitchen cross-contamination

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within a reasonable time before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds: Refunds are available for legitimate complaints about food quality, incorrect orders, or service issues. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order. We reserve the right to investigate all refund claims.

Food Safety and Allergies

Los Bravos is committed to food safety, but customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions dine at their own risk. We cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens due to shared cooking and preparation areas.

Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen facilities
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary complications

Restaurant Conduct and Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises

Lost or stolen items are not our responsibility
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas

Limitation of Liability

Los Bravos' liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service in question.

Gift Cards and Promotions
